About me:
hello! I am a Researcher with the IDRC Acacia team based in the small satellite office in Midrand, South Africa. I think I have had the opportunity to meet many research partners particularly in the Southern / Eastern Africa region and I look forward to reuniting with these amazing people. I also cannot wait to learn about the exciting research growing in the Western / Northern Africa region. Personally, I am originally from Vancouver, BC Canada and I enjoy the outdoors and outdoor activities. So if there are some nice outdoor things to do in Dakar during conference breaks, I would like to be a part of those fun activities!
